Process management
A system that carries a case from request to close: who does what, by when, and what happens if something slips.
When a process system is needed
If the work in your company has repeating stages — say order, quote, delivery, hand-over, settlement — and today you keep track of them in spreadsheets, emails and heads, a process management system gives you that time back. Every stage has an owner, a deadline and conditions for moving on.
We build such systems for service companies, construction, real estate and manufacturing. We model each process from scratch, based on how you work.
- Definition of stages, roles and the conditions for moving between them
- Schedules counted in working days, with dependencies between steps
- Tasks, reminders and escalations when a deadline passes
- Documents and photos pinned to a specific stage
- A dashboard with deadlines from the whole company
- Reports: where the process stalls and why
How it works
First we draw the process with you as it is today. Only then do we decide what the system should enforce and what to leave to people. That written model is the scope you approve.
The first version goes to testing on real cases. We fix what does not work in practice and roll out in stages, department by department, so nobody is left without a tool overnight.
How we quote
The quote is fixed and follows the modelling of the process. We fit the number of processes and stages in the first version to the budget: we start with the one that hurts most. The next ones come once the team already works in the system.
One-off after go-live, or a subscription with care and further changes. For processes that change every season, the subscription usually comes out cheaper.
