CleanForm Studio is a software house from Kraków. We design and build systems that put a company's work in order: CRMs, client portals, process management, mobile apps and automation. Every tool is built from scratch, from your brief and within the budget you have.
Who we are
We build each tool to order, around the way your company works: its terms, its stages, its documents and the people who will use it. That is why we start with the data model.
We work with service companies, construction, real estate and manufacturing. We are usually the first system that replaces spreadsheets, email and one person's memory, or the second one, after an off-the-shelf package that stopped fitting.
How it works
The process has five stages. After each one you know what was agreed, what you will see next and what it costs.
- 01We talkYou tell us what should work and where time is lost today. We say plainly where we can help and where a simpler solution will do.
- 02Scope and quoteWe write down the scope of the first version and the data model. We fit the scope to the budget you have and give you a fixed price.
- 03Build for testingYou get a working product on your own data. You click, type and check that it matches how you work.
- 04Test and correctYou use it, we fix what comes up in daily work. We roll it out in the organisation, migrate the data and train the team.
- 05Support and expandCare and further changes under a subscription, whenever they are needed.
How we quote
We have no price list: the price follows the scope, and the scope is agreed with you in writing at the second stage.
We start from the budget you have. We fit the scope of the first version to it: what has to be there from day one and what can come in the next step. That way you know what you will pay before we write the first line.
The quote is fixed. Once the scope is agreed you get a sum that does not grow during the work. Changes of scope are quoted separately, before we make them, and only once you approve them.
- Design and build: one-off, paid after the tool is live in production.
- Design and build + expand: a yearly, quarterly or monthly subscription with 24/7 support and further changes included.
