Client portals
A place where your client checks the status of their case, downloads documents and leaves what you need from them, instead of emailing and calling your team.
Why a company needs a client portal
Every "where is my case?" is someone on your team interrupted. A portal answers it by itself: it shows the status, the history, the documents and the next steps, and gives the client one place to upload, approve or pay.
We build the portal on the same data your team works on. There is no second database to keep in sync. The client sees a slice of what you see, within the limits you set.
- Client sign-in with secure access to their own cases only
- Status and history of a case, project or order
- Documents to download and upload, with versions
- Approvals, signatures and consents collected in the portal
- Email and in-app notifications on every change
- A client view in two languages, if you need them
How it works
We agree what the client should see, what they can do themselves and what they must never see. We design the portal as part of your system, so data entered once works on both sides.
We test the portal with a few trusted clients first and open it to everyone only then. Your team gets a note on what to tell clients when the portal goes live.
How we quote
A portal is quoted as a fixed sum once the scope is agreed. If you already have a system the portal should connect to, we first check how to reach its data. If you do not, the portal often comes together with the CRM or the database it stands on.
The scope follows the budget. The first version usually shows status and documents; payments and signatures come in a later stage, once clients already use the portal.
