Custom CRM

A CRM laid out around how you sell and serve clients: your stages, your documents, your roles.

When a custom CRM makes sense

Off-the-shelf systems assume every company sells the same way. When your work has a rhythm of its own — several kinds of clients, long processes, documents that must come in a specific order — a ready-made CRM starts getting in the way. Fields nobody fills in, reports fixed in a spreadsheet, licences for features you do not use.

We build a CRM from the data model up. First we settle which objects exist in your company: client, lead, case, offer, contract. Then how they relate and who sees what. Only then does the interface take shape.

  • A client and lead base with the full contact history
  • Sales stages fitted to your process
  • Offers, contracts and documents generated from the data in the system
  • Roles and permissions: administrator, manager, salesperson, viewer
  • Calendar with reminders and deadlines
  • Import from your current tool or spreadsheets
  • Export to Excel and integrations with mail, calendar and invoicing

How it works

We start by talking about how work with a client looks today: where information gets lost, what you do by hand, which reports you need. From that comes a written scope and a data model you approve before we start.

You get the first working version to test on your own data. We fix what comes up in daily work and roll it out in the organisation, with the data migrated and the team briefly trained.

How we quote

A CRM is quoted after the scope is agreed, as a fixed sum. Your budget is the starting point: we fit the scope of the first version to it so that it replaces the current tool from day one, and plan the extensions for later stages.

The first version is usually the client base, sales stages, documents and permissions. Integrations and automation come once the team already works in the system. You pay once after go-live, or under a subscription in which further changes are included.
