Design system
Every tool gets its own design system: colours, fonts, spacing and components, written as code. Each new screen looks like the rest, and changing the brand colour is one line.
All of it is included in the price. If you have a brand book, we follow it. If not, we sit down together and decide how it should look.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a tool cost?
We have no price list, because every tool is built from scratch. The price is set once the scope is written down, and it is fixed: it does not grow while we work.
What does the price depend on?
On the scope of the first version. We start from the budget you have and fit to it what has to work from day one. The rest is planned for later stages.
When do I pay?
With Design and build you pay once, when the tool is live. With + expand you pay a subscription: yearly, quarterly or monthly.
How is + expand different from Design and build?
With + expand you get everything in Design and build, plus 24/7 support and further changes under the contract, without quoting each one separately. For processes that change every season, the subscription usually comes out cheaper.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
We quote a change of scope separately before we do it, and we only do it once you accept.
Is the first call paid?
No. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing. It is there to work out whether and how we can help.
Will you move data from our current spreadsheets and systems?
Yes. At roll-out we migrate the data and train the team.
Who owns the code?
The rights to the code can be transferred to you or made available under a licence. Which one is set out in the contract.
Can the subscription be terminated?
The contract runs for a fixed term. Either side can terminate it only in the cases the contract describes.
